Deathless (Su)

Shog-Keph is destroyed when reduced to 0 hit points, but it returns to unlife 1 hour later at 1 hit point, allowing its fast healing thereafter to resume healing it. Shog-Keph can be permanently destroyed if he is destroyed by positive energy, if he is reduced to 0 hit points in the area of a bless or hallow spell, or if his remains are sprinkled with a vial of holy water.

Screaming (Ex)

3 times a day Shog-Keph can open his jaw and emit a bone-chilling scream. All creatures within 30 feet must make a Will save (DC 14) or be shaken for 1d4 rounds. This is a sonic mind-affecting fear effect. Whether or not the save is successful, an affected creature is immune to Shog-Keph’s scream for 24 hours.
